I’m a Voice

Each of us has a voice, and by becoming a VOM Voice Volunteer you can use that voice on behalf of our persecuted Christian family.

As members of the body of Christ, each of us has a responsibility to “remember the prisoners” and other members of our spiritual family who suffer because of their faith (Hebrews 13:3). When we share their stories, acting as a voice for our brothers and sisters, we see God working not only in the lives of persecuted believers but also in the American body of Christ.

In Philippians 1, Paul says that people knew he was under palace guard and in chains. People were talking! In verse 14 he tells us the effect his imprisonment had on the other believers: “… and most of the brethren in the Lord, having become confident by my chains, are much more bold to speak the word without fear.”

Become a VOM Voice Volunteer and share testimonies of courageous faith that will inspire others to live more boldly for Christ.

Informational Videos

These short videos will help you discover more ways you can be a voice for our persecuted family. New videos will be posted monthly, so come back often to see new ways to get involved.

Examples

See how others are serving as a voice for our persecuted family, and get new ideas to help you better share the stories of their bold faithfulness.

  • Maria, from Pennsylvania, shows Torchlighter videos to her children’s Sunday School class. In a letter to parents, she explains the testimony the children saw that Sunday and directs them to VOM’s persecution.com and kidsofcourage.com websites for more information to share with their children.
  • Don, from New Mexico, tells all the teachers and group leaders at his church that he is available to fill in when they need to be absent. When God opens the door for him to share, he supplements his Bible lessons with testimonies from persecuted believers.
